"Walt Disney's Mary Poppins" is a children's book that was sold in stores during the original 1963 theatrical release of "Mary Poppins", starring Julie Andrews, fresh off two Broadway stage hits ("My Fair Lady" and "Camelot") as Mary and Dick Van Dyke, the popular stage, movie and TV star of the time ("Bye, Bye, Birdie" and "The Dick Van Dyke Show"), as Bert the Chimneysweep.
Practically perfect in every way, this very collectible large soft-cover souvenir book is filled with rich color photos from the movie, and tells the story of the magical British nanny who gave Jane and Michael Banks a very Jolly Holiday indeed. Published by Golden Press, the book measures about 9x12" and is in very good condition with just some minor wear. Any Mary Poppins fan would love to add this to their collection.
