Did you know that Walt Disney had a private apartment above the firehouse in Disneyland? As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. Click on the picture below to read all about that night, and see all of the pictures we took.

You either have to be of a certain age or have a special fondness for movies from the 1930's and 1940's to appreciate Jerry Colonna. He was more than simply a comedian. He was a showman. His distinctive bushy moustache and eyebrows were matched by his outrageous stunts on stage. He appeared in dozens of movies from 1937 through 1962, and was a regular on radio programs - usually alongside Bob Hope, with whom he also traveled doing USO shows all over the world. He was also the voice in several Disney cartoons and features - from narrating the "Casey At The Bat" sequence in "Make Mine Music" to The March Hare in "Alice in Wonderland". This is a page from an autograph book signed in pencil by Mr. Colonna that we purchased from an autograph dealer in the San Francisco area in the late 1980's.
