Did you know that Walt Disney had a private apartment above the firehouse in Disneyland? As a prize at an Annual Passholder Event in 1995, we won dinner in that apartment which has been preserved since Walt's passing in 1966. This pin featuring the D23 Member Charter Year logo was sold on the first day of the Disney fan event in 2009. It's labeled a "Limited Release", but no edition size was mentioned. It features the D23 Club logo with a pie-eyed Mickey Mouse and was available only to D23 Club members. Yes, they actually made us flash our membership cards to buy this pin.
