George Ahgupuk Art - "Seal Skin"

This is an original pen and ink drawing by George Ahgupuk, titled "Seal Skin". It measures 3-1/2x9" in a 9x18" wood frame. It is signed and inscribed with the title. It shows a polar bear overlooking a recently killed seal, with an Eskimo hunter approaching.

We obtained this piece from a relative who lives in Alaska. The artwork has some yellowing, particularly in the lower right-hand corner. The mat also has some yellowing from age. The image here shows it to be whiter than it truly appears, and I have priced it accordingly, but be assured that this piece is covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
