Ken Anderson, the man Walt Disney often referred to as his "Jack of all Trades", was an amazing artist, animator, and storyteller. He joined the Walt Disney Studios in 1934, and was hired as an art director on "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". He went on to become one of the most important animators on the staff, working on films from "Pinocchio" and "Fantasia" to "The Jungle Book". Ken was also one of the original Imagineers who helped to design Disneyland attractions like "Peter Pan's Flight" and "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride". He was made Official Disney Legend in 1991. We were able to obtain Mr. Anderson's autograph on this 9x11 inch lithograph of Pongo and one of the pups from "101 Dalmatians" at a Disney collectibles convention in 1992 where he appeared as a guest speaker. There is a small crease at the top of the litho, but it is still in very good condition and ready to be framed. |
