Like most Disney fans, we first became aware of Eric Goldberg's many talents when he was the lead animator of the Genie in 1992's "Aladdin". He has since gone on to create many wonderful characters, he co-directed "Pocahontas" and directed several sequences in "Fantasia 2000" - "The Carnival of the Animals", the epic "Rhapsody In Blue" based on the George Gershwin music amid the artistic homage to Al Hirshfeld, and the house favorite, "Saint-Saens" featuring the yo-yo playing flamingo. This 8-1/2x11" litho was issued by ASIFA Hollywood at their annual convention in Hollywood in 1996. Its a self-charicature of Eric and he was gracious enough to autograph this piece for us at that event.
